How much does Orvexify cost?
Free is $0 — 1 doctor and 15 appointments per calendar month. Starter is $14.99 per month ($149.90 per year). Growth is $29.99 per month ($299.90 per year). Pro is $69 per month ($690 per year). The three paid plans are for sale. No setup fee. Cancel anytime.
What is included on Free?
One doctor, 15 appointments per calendar month, one clinic, online booking, email reminders at 24 hours, 2 hours and 30 minutes, and Confirm / Cancel from the email. Cancelled visits do not count toward the 15. No credit card. Free is not a Stripe plan.
What is included on Starter?
Two doctors, 300 appointments per calendar month, unlimited patients, one clinic, online booking, email reminders at 24 hours, 2 hours and 30 minutes, and Confirm / Cancel from the email. Cancelled visits do not count toward the 300. Email support.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
Yearly billing is two months free: you pay 10 months and get 12. Starter yearly is $149.90 instead of $179.88. Growth yearly is $299.90. Pro yearly is $690. That is a billing discount, not a launch trial. Free stays $0.
Which plans can I buy today?
Create an account on Free with no card. Starter, Growth and Pro are all live on Billing. There is no waitlist checkout. Free is not a Stripe plan.
How many doctors are on each plan?
Free includes 1 doctor. Starter includes 2. Growth includes 6. Pro is unlimited. Inactive doctors still occupy a seat until you delete them.
Are reminders email, WhatsApp, or SMS?
Email reminders run on every plan, including Free (24 hours, 2 hours, 30 minutes). WhatsApp is on Growth and Pro and is coming soon — not live today. Orvexify does not send SMS.
Is there a 3-month free trial or a free plan?
There is a Free plan: 1 doctor and 15 appointments per calendar month, email reminders, no credit card. The old “first 100 clinics get 3 months free” offer is gone. Upgrade from Billing when you need more.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create an account on Free, then pay Starter, Growth or Pro from Billing when you are ready.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Change plan from Billing. Unused days on the old plan are not refunded.
Is there a setup fee, a lock-in, or a refund?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. Cancel anytime. Access lasts until the paid month or year ends. We do not refund a partial unused period, as stated in the Terms.
