Orvexify is a clinic appointment reminder and no-show reduction SaaS platform. Our Service helps clinics automate appointment reminders, track patient confirmations, and manage appointment attendance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We offer Free, Starter ($9/month), and Pro ($29/month) plans. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Payments are processed securely. No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Launch offer: First 100 clinics get 3 months free.

We take your data privacy seriously. Patient information is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties. For complete information, please review our Privacy Policy. You own all patient data you enter into the system.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) violate any laws; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (e) send spam or unsolicited messages; (f) harass or abuse others; (g) share your account credentials; (h) resell the Service without permission.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Orvexify and FN Developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Orvexify and the Orvexify logo are trademarks of FN Developers.

Our Service may integrate with third-party services like email providers, payment processors, and hosting services. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvexify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for missed appointments or any damages resulting from use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without prior notice for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
